New Unstructured Outdoor Area at Bridgend Nursery, Alness

bridgend-primaryWithin the last year, Bridgend Nursery decided to create a new outdoor area to provide children with opportunities for unstructured, imaginative and open-ended play. By fencing off a corner of the school playground and providing resources such as tractor and car tyres, planks, logs, sticks, guttering and stones, a free play space has been created for the children to play in. Feedback from the children about the area has been very positive, and they especially enjoy eating snacks outdoors and engaging in imaginative play.
